“Found this place before coming to the area on vacation. Made it a point to come on our first morning here, and we ended up coming 3 times during the week! I can’t say enough about all the wonderful dairy products they make! The raw milk is fabulous, the orange blossom yogurt, and the Greek yogurt are the best I’ve ever tasted! The farmstead cheese was a huge favorite for everyone, and the queso fresco was delightful. How I wish I lived nearby to enjoy their products all year long. Do yourself a favor and patronize this lovely farm store…you won’t regret it!”
“Great place with friendly people and great service. Prices are higher than the mainland but ( you are on an Island ) great selection and lunch specials were delicious. Definitely worth a visit when you are on island.”
“This restaurant is award worthy. The food is flawless. The presentation is beautiful and meticulous, next level really. The service is spot on; warm, friendly and doesn't miss a beat. The atmosphere and setting are beautiful. If you're sailing in, it's one of the most gorgeous moorings you'll ever use, if you didn't sail in, stop and see the harbor, it's a postcard everywhere you look. This is my favorite restaurant.”
“Stopped by this Dollar General to buy a few items late one evening. Had a few questions about products I rarely buy and the staff were very helpful. Decent place with friendly employees.”
“A Maine version of a convenience store, but really a full service grocery at the same time. They often carry things that Hannaford's doesn't, and if we need something on short notice, it's the closest place. Good selection, and competitive prices. Occasionally get strange looks from people who work there, but that might be me. I am a bit strange looking. :)”

Grocery Stores
“This grocery store/gas station dabbles in a little bit of everything. Fresh made pizzas, to ready-made lobster rolls, to fresh bakery items, to lottery tickets and liquor! We found ourselves here a few times for blueberries, maple syrup, and we wanted to try Moxie and this was the only place we could find it in individual bottles. I imagine this little store can be a lifesaver to those who live in the area and us travelers who were somewhat unprepared.”
“Wanted to go for a picnic and a local recommended this spot for sandwiches. Made to order, lots of choices, decent sized, reasonable prices. Also got drinks & chips, seemed like it generally was well-stocked with a wide range of groceries for such a small store.”
