“There has always been a Mulligan's gas station on the corner of the Pond Road and Rt 202 in Manchester. The newest incarnation is a huge convenience store with plenty of gas pumps to handle busy rush hours, fried chicken, Dunkin drive through, and everything else a road warrior needs to face the daily grind or a day on the lake. I don't go inside much but get gas there often because price is competitive and its the easiest in and out for miles around. This is a place I can trust to be open and stocked when i need them and to be clean and safe even in a Maine ice storm. That means a lot to me. If you are new to the area this is close to the lakes and has what you need. For fun there is The Lighthouse for great wine, craft beer, and seafood in adjacent parking lot and Home of the Maine Cabin Masters (from the tv show) is right across the street.”

On the opposite side of the area, there is a gas station along with smaller retail stores resembling a convenience store. During our visit, the location was not busy at all. The interior was clean, well-lit, and quite pleasant. The women's restroom was spacious, featuring numerous stalls, and it was also very clean with no unpleasant odors.
