“This place is my go to. I end up all over the place, even if i am an hour or 2 away, i will take the trip to go here. The gas is always lowest price, and even when its the same as other places , i noticed my gas gauge doesnt seem to go up that high at other places. I think places skim, coast to coast i get more. The vapes are half the price the vape shop trys to milk out of me too. I would recommend everyone stay away tho because i hate standing in line and i dont want u lotto people coming in and taking 10 days to check and pick ur lotto nonsense while the line builds up and im just trying to get what i need. Go breath some other place please”

I absolutely love people I do this every day because all good things come from Christ my Savior. I suggest we take a hint from Jesus and try and be more like him than anything else. I didn't just decide to be this way I walk with Christ. I'm super glad he got out of that snuggle bunny bed of his and came to work today that was his choice though he was very humble about it. We all do something and we don't realize how deeply we're serving God. Each of us in our unique way and very meaningfully. “Gas stations usually are pretty boring but this Irving Oil station is an exception. Of course they have gas and convenience items, but they also have an Amatos inside, and I believe they sell beer and maybe wine also. The cashiers are friendly. But did you know there is also a GREAT car wash here? There's automatic or handwashing bays. There are free vacuums, and there's even a dog wash! I think I remember seeing that you can buy car wash packages, which is really smart foe the winter since we get so much road salt on our vehicles. And it's easy to get in and out of the gas station because there's 2 stoplights right there.”

“The crown jewel of Pownal’s celebrated downtown district. Keeping us locals gassed up and supplied with cheap coffee and snacks. Recently renovated and upgraded to include a bigger selection of local beers, which if you’re gonna gentrify slowly, that’s just the price we’ll have to pay.”

“Stopped in here to get drinks and snacks for my family and I. They have frozen ice drinks with I think 8 different flavors to choose from, coffee of various flavors (both hot and iced), tea (hot and iced), a whole add in area (different creamers, sugars, and even espresso shots), pretty extensive choice of pre-made foods (sandwiches, salads, pizza, hotdogs, and so so much more), random toys and stuffies, flowers (both real and fake), a pretty extensive cooler selection (ice cream, microwave meals, oven meals, dairy, assorted drinks both alcoholic and not), tons of different snacks (chips, jerkies, cookies, etc), a selection of motor vehicle must haves, and so much more!! The store was nice and clean both inside and out. And the cashier was really nice. An overall great environment.”

“Woke up this morning and found a flat on my new Highlander while visiting from North Carolina. After being put on hold by the local dealer when I requested help, Audree, the manager at the Hampton recommended calling Don. He dropped what he was doing to come, change the tire, and install the doughnut spare. I followed him to his shop. I checked his review ratings on Yelp. Seeing they were high, I knew I was in good hands. In 30 minutes, Don had completed the repairs, reinstalled my spare, and sent me on my way. His charge for the whole deal was $60.00. Personable guy and great service from a family businessman. Small wonder he's been in business for 50 years!”

“Cumbies, for those of us who frequent them, or Cumberland Farms for those who are familiar with the brand has evolved over the last several decades. The majority of them, during my teenage and young adult life, were smaller establishments built with brick and had this pale brown color with the Cumberland Farms logo. They only had spots to pump gas and it was a hot spot for those who like to play scratchers. This location started across the street from where it is today as Staff D. pointed out in her review, and bought the land on its current location and upgraded to a Super Cumbies, well they don't call it that, but one could surmise that is what it would be called. They now have twice the number of gas pumps and the store is nearly 3 times larger. They increased the height of the ceiling, added more fridges and a walk-in fridge to browse the number of beers they offer from your typical corporate beers to some locally craft beers. The quality of the food and snack offerings has significantly gotten better and despite some still labeling it as "gas station food", you have to appreciate the rebranding and upgrades they made to the slushy machines, the coffee station as well as a touch screen ordering system to order some of their upgrade menu selection. I personally enjoy the new look and it was a wise move on their part to upgrade because who complains about a 99 cent coffee all day, and everyday. They do have to compete with Dunkin next door to them, but Dunkin does not offer gas and Cumbies does. Stop in and check out the place if you haven't seen it.”
