“I like it here. They have hot food, liquor, even what seems to be home made Whoopi pies. Service seems friendly enough. It's a small store that has a little bit of most everything.”

“The gentlemen at Poissons have historically been some of the best to work with. They listen to my concerns, they perform quality work, and are my most reliable and dependable mechanics. I bring them all of my business, I trust them, and highly recommend them ❤️”

“You will never get the same awesome customer service experience at chain stores as you do at Coast to Coast! Locally owned and the NICEST people work there! I won't get gas anywhere else! Check them out when you're in town”

“There are some odd individuals working here. Not all, I'm sure. The redeeming quality is there is an Amato's Italian shop inside. Oh, and I saw these cake sized whoopie pies too!”

“What a great service. The technicians really care about the public, not just their regular customers. Gary tells me that whenever they receive service calls from the elderly about a heating or thermostat problem the first step taken is to ask whether or not the thermostat batteries are working - and that can save the elderly rural poor in Maine the cost of a service call. As for heating service and repair, this outfit is responsive, diligent and thorough. What fantastic people.”

“Slow cashier's, never ever has fresh coffee and if they do they it off creamer. Always running out of propose items and they're new coffee rewards system is awful.”

“I always stop here, even if they are more expensive. All the folks that work there are super friendly, which is the most important thing to me for any establishment. And they aren't overly friendly like if they are forced to be, they are genuinely friendly.”

“I have always enjoyed my experiences with Golden Nozzle Car Wash and this one was good as well. The only issue I have is that they don't leverage the kiosks to pay in advance of getting to the wash entrance. When you pay at the entrance it tends to slow others down when the person pulling in doesn't have their money or card ready for payment.”

“This store has a little bit of everything including, FRESH HOT COFFEE, ice, gas, air and lottery.. It has a decent crew that works the counter.. and their hours are the best. Oh and the place is clean!”

“These folks get it done! It's very easy to get heating oil, and everyone I've dealt with is really nice. I am new to the area and never had to use heating oil before, but they helped me figure it out.”

“Very clean facilities! There was a friendly employee working at the counter. It had one of the cleanest restrooms I've ever been in. The parking area and fuel pump islands were clean and organized. The trash receptacles were mostly empty and well placed. The grounds around the perimeter of the facility were clear of trash and well maintained. This is just another example of the top-notch Irving Oil facilities.”

“Irving Oil is our regular go-to for fuel and since they're all pretty much the same, you can't go wrong choosing one location over another. The only problem I have with Irving is their exclusive arrangement with Circle K as their convenience store partner. Frankly, I'd rather go hungry.”

“Gas stations usually are pretty boring but this Irving Oil station is an exception. Of course they have gas and convenience items, but they also have an Amatos inside, and I believe they sell beer and maybe wine also. The cashiers are friendly. But did you know there is also a GREAT car wash here? There's automatic or handwashing bays. There are free vacuums, and there's even a dog wash! I think I remember seeing that you can buy car wash packages, which is really smart foe the winter since we get so much road salt on our vehicles. And it's easy to get in and out of the gas station because there's 2 stoplights right there.”

“I recently stumbled upon the Irving Gas station in Freeport and it was like finding a hidden treasure, but with gasoline instead of gold. The staff's enthusiasm rivaled that of a cheerleading squad, and the fuel prices were so good, they made my wallet do a happy dance. If you're ever in the area and in need of some fuel-filled fun, swing by this gas station and prepare to be pleasantly surprised!”

“The crown jewel of Pownal’s celebrated downtown district. Keeping us locals gassed up and supplied with cheap coffee and snacks. Recently renovated and upgraded to include a bigger selection of local beers, which if you’re gonna gentrify slowly, that’s just the price we’ll have to pay.”

“Woke up this morning and found a flat on my new Highlander while visiting from North Carolina. After being put on hold by the local dealer when I requested help, Audree, the manager at the Hampton recommended calling Don. He dropped what he was doing to come, change the tire, and install the doughnut spare. I followed him to his shop. I checked his review ratings on Yelp. Seeing they were high, I knew I was in good hands. In 30 minutes, Don had completed the repairs, reinstalled my spare, and sent me on my way. His charge for the whole deal was $60.00. Personable guy and great service from a family businessman. Small wonder he's been in business for 50 years!”

“I'm a fan of Irving gas stations, both for their good pricing and also for their hygiene. I have never been in an Irving rest room that was not clean and orderly. The company is also quite responsive to feedback whether positive or negative. Works for me!”

“Cumbies, for those of us who frequent them, or Cumberland Farms for those who are familiar with the brand has evolved over the last several decades. The majority of them, during my teenage and young adult life, were smaller establishments built with brick and had this pale brown color with the Cumberland Farms logo. They only had spots to pump gas and it was a hot spot for those who like to play scratchers. This location started across the street from where it is today as Staff D. pointed out in her review, and bought the land on its current location and upgraded to a Super Cumbies, well they don't call it that, but one could surmise that is what it would be called. They now have twice the number of gas pumps and the store is nearly 3 times larger. They increased the height of the ceiling, added more fridges and a walk-in fridge to browse the number of beers they offer from your typical corporate beers to some locally craft beers. The quality of the food and snack offerings has significantly gotten better and despite some still labeling it as "gas station food", you have to appreciate the rebranding and upgrades they made to the slushy machines, the coffee station as well as a touch screen ordering system to order some of their upgrade menu selection. I personally enjoy the new look and it was a wise move on their part to upgrade because who complains about a 99 cent coffee all day, and everyday. They do have to compete with Dunkin next door to them, but Dunkin does not offer gas and Cumbies does. Stop in and check out the place if you haven't seen it.”

“As far as convenience stores go, I think Cumbies has come a long way. They are investing in their locations, and generally hire exceptionally friendly and hard working employees. The Sabattus location is a great example. And if you have your gas purchase taken from checking account using their card, you save 10 cents a gallon. I have still not taken advantage of that feature, but it's there. Also, in the morning the coffee, while not great, is still only 99 cents, even if cups keep getting smaller. Biggest issue with their coffee is they have a seemingly good variety, including one limited time flavor. But I can't tell the difference in taste of any of them...they all taste the same, no matter what flavor you choose, to me anyways. And if you get coffee anytime after noon time, it tastes strong, old and nasty. But they provide an awesome selection of flavorings, have fresh cream and even have those little "stok" caffeine shots to boost your morning a bit. You don't go to Cumbies based on pizza...as it is generally the most bland pizza you can buy. None of their other fresh cooked items look good to me and I question what is used for ingredients...sure they are the cheapest money can buy. The service is refreshing to see employees take such pride in their work. They are very nice, as well....except for the tall female manager...she is abrupt, never smiles and just wants you to buy your s*** and get the hell out of there. I will avoid her register every time possible. She makes you feel very unimportant and just an interruption to her day. Good thing the other associates are nothing like her, or I would not go there. Ever. And most prices as in any convenience store are way to expensive, but unlike most, they do offer little sales from time to time, and there are a few reasonably priced items. This is a nice store and I do a fair amount of business here. The parking lot and gas pumps can be a dangerous nightmare when vendors are vending and people get gas and instead of moving car away from pumps so maybe someone else can get gas too, they just leave car at pump and go inside to shop. Many times I drive by and go to Lewiston location when the parking lot becomes a cluster. No matter what or where, I will always choose a Cumbies over any other convenience store. Now let's train the manager some people skills, and this particular location would maybe hit 5 stars!”
