“This gift shop had everything! I got so many cute little cat things to bring back home with me. It was so clean and the staff were so friendly. Upstairs is fully Christmas all year around and it is a beautiful display! They have many bird items towards the back of the shop as well! It was such a fun and cute little place to visit and shop!”
“We ordered a livingroom couch and two chairs. The furniture that arrived is very well made and attractive. The two men who delivered it were careful with the furniture as well as our home.”
“There is a lot of cool stuff here and the staff are very friendly! There was quite an assortment, and as a map fiend I had the time of my life. My friend and I will definitely be coming back!”

“Excellent curation of local Maine and other artisans for things like handmade liquid and bar soaps, lotions, candles, jewelry, Maine honey and jams, ect. Great people. Plus, you might be lucky enough to meet Charlie! 🐕💕 kinda regret not buying a bouy birdhouse but I’ll be back. Highly recommend for souvenirs and gifts!! Also just a great place to shop with a wonderful selection.”
“I purchased two special Christmas ornaments to be engraved . I Chose the gift wrap option so I was not able to see them or take a pic prior to gifting . I was pleased with them and fast shipping . Thank you”
“About ten years ago I purchased a custom slip-covered couch at their store. I love my couch, but when we moved three years ago the slipcover did not match my new home. Cassie at Coastal Furniture found me a new swatch of fabric in the perfect color and ordered me a new slipcover from the manufacturer. It arrived within the designated time and my couch looks fantastic in my new home. Now, three years later (and ten since I originally purchased the couch) the two bottom cushions are feeling a bit flat (no wonder after ten years of daily use). I called Cassie and she quickly ordered two new couch cushions for me from the original manufacturer. The customer service I have received has been excellent. I highly recommend Coastal furniture, both for the quality furniture and interesting decor items for your home.”
“A beautiful store with many unique items. The person behind the counter was very friendly and chatted with every single person who came in. I just wish there were more sizes in the absolutely gorgeous clothing they have available. I am absolutely obsessed with this little shop.”

“This is basically a HomeGoods but with a lot more furniture and lighting. I have shopped here multiple times over the years and always find more than I was actually shopping for. They have the best holiday decorating options right now too!”
“Unparalleled customer service after the sale. Installation was quick, professional and friendly. They stand behind their products and helped us find very high window shades. I would recommend to anyone in the area.”
“This is my second time getting loaded here and I had best experience ever 30 min in and out.Darren very hard working gentleman, he should get a pay increase since he takes care of the business. Will be coming back for sure. Thanks Darren.”
“Interesting quality items that i have bought on-line and in local markets where I live . Disappointed that I didn't find many items, especially sales, that are available on-line.”
“It's the holiday season which means that it is time to get my craft on. I was smart this year and ordered things in mid season (June - July) so that I had all my ducks in a row for crafting. I can't say what one of the gifts are in case one of my friends is reading, however, I needed a specific size of keep sake bottles to make "message in a bottles." I need something that was thin and exactly 5" tall. I looked all over on-line and been to every store and I finally found this web store. I had issues ordering on-line, however, called their number and the customer service was amazing. They couldn't ship a small amount to Canada, therefore, got some other things for future crafting needs.”

“I was in at the outlet on Tuesday and the team that was working were so incredibly kind and helpful and the manager was also incredibly capable. I have been to this outlet so many times but I wanted to thank the staff from Tuesday May 5th in the morning!”
“All of these whiny ninny baby reviews had me shocked! My boyfriend and I came to visit this shop and absolutely loved chatting with the gentleman who helped us and he was super kind and helped me choose two scarves that I loved for an extremely reasonable price- even gave us dinner recommendations close to where we live! Such a pleasant experience and the prices compared to other shops in the area were fantastic!!! We will definitely go back when we’re in Portsmouth again”
