“A beautifully merchandised store with sweet and special kid items not seen everywhere. Stop here for a birthday gift, kid’s party supplies, a host or home gift or even the sale room— not to be missed! There’s a sense of the owner’s personal vision in this store that’s so welcome in downtown Freeport.”
“I would really like to note the exceptional customer service at the store. We had a lot of Carter stuff that had been sent to us in the mail that didn’t fit our son and everyone in the store helped us go through it and exchange the items. This was not a normal exchange experience. Multiple staff members help us go through the items and switch the sizes out and order what we couldn’t find online. Then when we were looking for specific items in the store, multiple staff members also walked us around and pointed us in the right direction to find everything that we needed. We left the store and the next day, discovered that we thought an item had been left behind accidentally, and the store manager personally called us back and helped us locate the item. Everyone in the store was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. It’s very rare these days to find great customer service, and the fact that every single person in the store was wonderful and on the ball was really refreshing and made it a lovely experience to go to the store”

I found three different colors of their “straight cut” jeans that I really wanted to try on and buy; but none of their selections fit my size; what they carried on the shelf was only 1 size difference than what I was looking for. Other than that I’m happy overall (based on my wife scoring a good purchase). This outlet is conveniently located near LL Bean.”
“You pretty much know what to expect when you go into Old Navy. Store was well stocked and lots of holiday items to pick from. Tons of sleepwear for Christmas but it felt like very cheap thermal.”

“Good prices! We enjoyed the sale bins they had out front. We aren’t local but we do visit most summers and this will be added to our back to school shopping places. It’s close to the free port outlets and a pretty convenient location. Staff was very helpful too.”
