“I always have a great experience at this store. I was in today and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful! What stood out most was when I (stupidly) left my newly purchased item outside on a bench and drove home. Someone found it and kindly brought it back to the store. The employee looked up my order, called me, and then shipped it to me free of charge since I was visiting Freeport and already driving back home. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. Wonderful experience, to say the least. :)”

They took the time to tell me about the current sales and helped me narrow down different jean styles and fits until I found the perfect pair. “I loved the store & the merchandise. I did NOT enjoy the first salesperson that I encountered. She was a middle aged woman with an attitude. I have an illness that has changed my body shape. I am 55 but look like I'm pregnant. My stomach is firm and round. Finding clothes is very difficult and traumatizing. I hate shopping now. I used to be a size 4 and could buy anything off the rack. I've found that Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Loft sIze L or XL tops work for me depending on the cut. I had 20 pieces of clothing, mostly tops, one dress and some pants. The woman was looking at me like I didn't belong, was very curt. I didn't expect to try them all on at once. She said 10 at a time and I had no issue with that. She treated me like a criminal. She started shoving things at me to take in to the room. I politely said, I'd like to try on the tops with the pants that I found to match to see if I like the entire outfit instead of 10 tops and no pants. I almost walked out but I live more than 2 hours away from any of their stores. Thankfully, 2 other young woman came into work as I was switching out what I wanted to try on. They were super happy and helpful. I even went back out abs found more to try on. They changed the entire feel of the store. The other woman left when they came in, I'm assuming it was shift change time. I ended up spending almost $400 and ordering another outfit that they didn't have in my size to be sent to my home. Someone needs to praise those 2 young women and have a talk with the other lady about an attitude adjustment.”

“I tried so hard to get the numbers they wanted.. but I couldn’t keep up, when I didn’t pee or drink water, and was hyper focused ? I couldn’t do this 5 days a week. I’d get worn out. I’m so sad, as I loved my coworkers. I guess I was just too slow? Apparently everyone else was faster than me? But, I’m so fast? So, I’m just in shock? I think I just struggled with remembering to make sure the windows computer was in the right mode, that stopped it from thinking I had finished a tote? We have to switch between single orders and multi orders.. things need to be very specific, or it will think you spent 17 minutes on one tote? (Which happened to me multiple times within a month) I think I can complete any tote within 1-4 minutes depending on the tote. Anyways. I’ll miss everyone. They were the best! If you have a sharp short term memory, or you’re good with old windows programs, and can move fast via cardio… it’s a fun job IMO ;) More importantly.. the people are some of the nicest people Ive ever met. It felt like a family, until today. Of course I still care about all of them. I’ll just never see any of them again. All I can do, is know I gave it my best, and my best apparently wasn’t close?♂️❤️✌️?? Kind of relieved in a way? I think my heart was running at max when I got the numbers they wanted. So, if I had kept it up? Who knows? Maybe I truly lucked out? Goodbye to all those Amazing people❤️✌️ Maybe I’ll try to come back? I can’t predict life?♂️✌️✌️????????❤️”

He aske how he could help, told him I wanted pants to match. He said he knew exactly what I was looking for and even pulled out the right length. Great service and extremely knowledgable. If you are looking for a suit or nice shirtts definately recomed.”
