Too bad I won't be shopping there much as the traffic in Gray makes it impossible to visit the store in the morning between the hours of 7 AM and 10 Am I only live about
4.5 miles away, but takes over a half hour to get there I can now drive to Windham in half the time , and despite adding parking there is little due to the fact folks can' park straight”
“I was having a problem with refilling my medication-back and forth from the docts. office to pharmacy because the directions were not written correctly + insurance would not cover it (what a mess).During my last conversation I was lucky enough to speak with Autumn who took the time to call my docts. office and straitened everything out. She even called me back to let me know it was all taken care of and when my prescription would be ready for pick up. Great customer service is hard to find these days and for this I am grateful.Thank you”
“Always clean Most dollar generals are a mess. But the manager at the Gray store keeps it clean. She is always doing something. It seems she won’t ask her employees to do it if she won’t!!! That is good management”
