“WOW!! Michael made an appt. with us via text and asked for a few photos of the area with the dent. It was most likely a door ding and or shopping cart incident and I was not willing to look at it any longer. We were able to meet him at his home as we had plans to travel to our cottage anyway. He was very courteous and greeted us with a smile but we were still apprehensive. We pulled the car into his garage bay and in a matter of 15 minutes he had the dent completely gone and I was beyond surprised. Well worth the money and very very impressed. Hopefully we don’t have to return lol…but if we need him we know where to go.”

Yes, he can be a little hard to get ahold of, but he's well worth it and it isn't because he doesn't care. He's a one-man operation & he's always working on an overload of cases. “I took my Highlander to Darlings for the repair of a fender bender I had. Working with Leon Russell to provide the estimate, make the appointment, and coordinate the repair, we were working under a tight schedule. Though a couple of bumps occurred along the way, Leon understood our timeframe and personally pushed to make delivery.
Leon delivered!!! He even leveraged Charlie's to get a radar alignment completed.
It was Friday afternoon about 15 minutes before they closed, but he did it!

“I go here a lot as I like to fix/take care of my own vehicle transport units.They even have specialty tools for rent, although it's only 48 hours. If I need it longer, I will call them to let them know.They always say, "No problem as long as you have the receipt."Also, people like to say, "They gave me the wrong part, well honestly that's not 100% their faults.A really simple way to ovoid this is to look up the part number or call the Steelership to verify you're getting the right part the first time for your application.”
