“Absolute gem of a store! You need to experience it to fully appreciate it. There's no way a review can tell you what it is like but I will try. They sell Aroostook County frozen meats, honey, maple syrup and produce. Shelf stable Maine products include coffee, pickles, hot fudge and more. They have lots of little home goods that you could never find at the big box stores up here. They seem to be a local fav for coffee, pastries and lunch. The elephant ear (a cinnamon pastry) was to die for and we thoroughly enjoyed our light lunch there. One of us ordered a quinoa confetti salad and the other a bruschetta special on baguette. The atmosphere is so quaint and recalls a general store of the past but with a cozy artsy feeling. It's located in a historic storefront in the square downtown which adds to the wonderful ambiance.”
