“I'm not sure the names but the two young ladies that work overnight are amazing and of course if
you visit during other times my experience has been great as well but those overnight associates the best. Takes a special person to work a shift that very few people want and do it with a smile. Gas is to high but location location location so I expect it besides employees cant control that. Good job ladies you are the best.”

“Very nice, and clean truck stop. Showers are better than most pilots. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of truck parking in upper lot..I would put 5 stars, but the restaurant closes at 7. As a driver it sucks to stop after a long day and not have anything hot to eat. They do have a variety of the pre made food.”

“Staff is always willing to help with directions and offer local suggestions for dining. Previously mentioned (in another review) rude employees no longer work there.”
“I had to urgently use the convenience store's bathroom but I did not want to use it for free ?. I purchased a few gallons of fuel ⛽ through the Irving Rewards program. Gas and diesel here are more expensive than Irvings in NH.
The convenience store has the basic groceries, including beer,food, such as pizza ? and ? sandwiches,made to order and coffee to go.”

“Cashier was confused on a sale price and reluctant to honor it. Owner was at the store, he professionally handled the situation and calmly trained the cashier while honoring the sale price as-posted. Owner of the store is a class act, runs the business professionally, and was very polite. Thanks!”

“I’ve been going to the Kittery traffic circle 711 for almost 25 years. One day I stopped in to the 286 Route one location near the outlets. I stood in line and watched an employee whose name is cat deal with a line of customers and she was giving off its really good friendly vibe to everybody and everybody was chatting with her. It was interesting to watch and when I got my chance, the same thing happen big smile, super friendly, and it’s a little convenient store. So after all over two decades, I’ve switched stores and I come here every day now I’ve never said anything to cat at all about it. I keep watching her do her job and do it well. If management knows what they’re doing they’ll promote this woman. Keep up the good work.”

Just had an amazing stop at the Irving truck stop. The showers are an incredible value at only $10 and were super clean. The staff was super friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and they have a big, easy-to-navigate lot. This place has it all. An easy 10/10 and my new go-to stop on I-95”
