“I shared a review earlier under Christine Baglieri. I shared that I kept going to the store and it kept being closed when it was supposed to be open. I went there again and found it open and the district manager was there. He told me that he's having a hard time hiring someone and he has to drive all the way from CT to work the store. He was so nice and helpful and I feel badly that he has to drive all the way up here to work the store!”
“Kristina went above-and-beyond in every way possible. My phone fell and broke while I was trying to get my son settled at his university. Kristina did everything she could to get me the best possible plan and a new phone with data transferred. I’m glad this incident happened in Lewiston. My phone was outdated and there were challenges, but I could not have asked for a better ATT associate.”
“Technology is definitely a challenge at times for me. I visited the Verizon store in Lisbon Falls last week. Ben was unbelievable and so helpful to me. He provided great service and was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and was so wonderful to work with. “They were very helpful in purchasing the phone However, I lost the phone before I was able to activate it. It appears maybe somebody might have taken it out of my vehicle and now the store wants me to come up with $250 to buy a new one. So in the meantime, I'm still paying for a $1200 phone that I do not have access to And I don't have the phone.I've been there.Clients since 2007.You think that they would help me out.I've never had like this happen to me before.It was supposed to be a Christmas gift.A very expensive christmas gift that I no longer have , but i'm still paying for”
