“The store manager and his crew in the warehouse made this 71 years old day! I bought my long desired patio set, but when we got home we realized we were missing one box containing a back and set cushion. It was our 37th anniversary gift to each other. I was heartbroken trying to decide what to. The call came from the manger who was happy to tell me they found the missing box. I wax overjoyed! Same thing with Dwayne and Jackie from the Farmington store. Will send pics soon. Thanks for restoring my belief in customer service. You will not get that kind of service and caring from a big box store! I’m”

“Always fun to check out their inventory. Found a nice mother's Day gift to me.. (yes I buy myself gifts cause I'm worth it lol). Did find a few things for my granddaughter to give her mom for mother's Day too. I shop here maybe once a month to just browse and check out what's new. Always love TJ Maxx. 👍👍”

“Wonderful fresh food, burgers are PHENOMENAL!!! They don’t overdo with toppings and always ask what you’d like on your food. Super friendly and love to chat. Cash only though (prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount)!!! Decent sized menu for a small food truck. I go here for lunch all the time. Check it out if you’re at the Home Depot for sure.”

“I have updated my review of the store. I previously had reviewed the store as one star because of cleanliness and inventory issues not having any men’s size large. On my most recent visit, I noticed that the store was much cleaner and the inventory was better stocked. I do wish there was one more cashier available, but other than that shopping was a treat.”

“It is great for dogs, cats, and livestock. Also has clothing and tools. Friendly workers. Not good for smaller pets but that's more of a tractor supply thing and not a location thing. Stuff isn't stocked as often as other places but still done in a timely manner”

“I'm normally a Walmart guy but sometimes Target is the place to visit for specific needs. This store is clean and bright with plenty of parking. The CVS pharmacy in the store is convenient for vaccinations of all sorts and always prompt with appointments. Worth a stop next time you visit the nearby mall or the Home Depot just down the road.”

“The Deli staff at the Auburn Walmart are wonderful. Always pleasant to deal with, they have answered my questions and directed me to locations accurately during the store remodeling. Special shout out to Ellen, Jasmine, and Eunicia, who went out of their way to assist and did so quickly, and with a smile”

“Love having a local target, just one less star due to one staff’s EXTREME rudeness today. The older woman with reading glasses could not adequately or efficiently assist customers at the self check out (took longer than I have ever waited at a self check out,) on an average/not super busy time of day. My neurodivergent 4 year old son accidentally rang something in more than once and we were struggling to delete the extra items without staff assistance. We waited several minutes before deciding to head to the cashier check out line and waited in line there. My husband brought my son to walk over towards Starbucks to keep him busy while I finished checking out. The same woman from self check out made a point to come find me in line, tap me on my shoulder which jumped me as I have PTSD, and proceeded to very rudely SCOLD me (I’m a 32 year old professional woman) in front of other customers and staff. I attempted to explain the situation with my son and she literally yelled in my face, and I quote, she said: “DON’T EVER DO THAT” to which I calmly responded “you were helping someone else for quite some time.” She had even waited at the end of my row and then literally pushed past other customers until my husband had walked out of ear shot with my son. She snapped back at me “It’s fine if I was with other people but you NEED to let me know!” Absolutely not, ma’am. It’s 1000% her job to man the self check out especially while not even busy. I peeked over at the self check out when we left and she was literally inches away from another customer’s screen in the self check out with reading glasses, trying to figure it out. I understand not everyone is tech savvy and as someone who is literally partially blind myself, I get it. But don’t be having people in the self check out that are not efficient or friendly. It’s just not acceptable. For context, I do atleast one hefty target pick up order weekly and I’m a very regular customer. I rarely shop indoors and the one time I chose to, I was accosted and literally yelled at in public. Do better.

Edit to add: The ladies at the pick up check out counter are the GOAT, y’all know who you are. I’ve never had another bad experience here and will continue to be a regular customer.”

“This Target can be hit or miss sometimes with products and the Starbucks being open, but recently I was in and had a WONDERFUL customer service experience. I was disappointed the Starbucks was closed because I really “needed” it for my shopping trip with baby in tow. I asked a worker, who happened to be a/the manager. She apologized but staff had called out and they were unable to open it. I was disappointed but understood. She more than made up for it with her amazing customer service, one of the employees had showed up while I was still in the store, she came and found me to let me know and then went above and beyond to get me my coffee and make sure I was taken care of. I know they are short staffed as a lot of places are but it is clear they are doing the best they can with the situation. Everyone I’ve dealt with there has been so wonderful, it is certainly not a customer service issue. I will keep going back.”
