Can't remember) helped me out several times a few years ago when my old Accord (then later, Mazda 6) needed parts in order for the good people of the twin cities to get their pizza on time. Long overdue review but I was very impressed with how accommodating and friendly he was, cannot overstate that. I'd tell him what I need, make a deal and be back on the road. Had to take the parts off the car myself a few times but that made it an adventure. Sometimes I'd find a part I never knew I needed but the prices were always lower than expected so I'd walk out with a smile, feeling accomplished. It's been a minute, but any time time I need something used, Morris is the first place I call.”

“My family and I bought a beautiful silverado on Tuesday. Our sales person was Eric. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Taylor in finance was very thorough and efficient. He also gave us dinner recommendations at the xvault. We had an amazing meal. There is a corn hole game set up in the show room. “The service folks at VIP O'Reilly Auto Parts in Norway , Maine ( in particular Toby and Cylas ) saved me from a very unfortunate experience when AAA randomly towed me there after my car broke down immobile on a steep hill in Maine 200-plus miles from my home on Cape Cod. i was at their mercy and they fitted me into their busy schedule , kept me informed on the diagnosis almost hourly , fixed the most pressing issues , of which there were many , and turned an inoperable car into not only one that would get me home , but one that ran better than I can remember it's run in years. The price was also quite reasonable in that they installed no unnecessary parts . I wound up paying only for know-how and labor. I highly recommend them.”
“Fairly easy to get to on Rodman Road in Auburn, plenty of parking.They have a nice assortment of parts and supplies on display, but their main service is what they stock behind the counter. Ask for Ryan, he is one of those "super duper service technicians", and he can find you what ever you need. Don't know how he does it, but he just has a "parts whisperer" thing going on and he will find you what you need.The prices are very reasonable and they routinely beat the online pricing. They have a lot in stock and I've only had to wait for one or two truck parts to be ordered over the years, and even then the parts were there in a day, but for the most part they will have what you need in stock.All of the guys on the counter have been very helpful. If you don't know exactly what you need, they will walk you through the schematics and diagrams to find the part you need. They are very patient and I've never felt rushed.All around you won't find a better place for truck parts.”

“Aligance Trucks parts employees have been very knowledgeable and have always found the correct parts and will supply parts diagrams to make sure you’re getting the correct part. They do stock a lot of parts you know what they do not stock they can usually source within a day or two. If you’re not in a hurry and can order the parts via the Internet, you can do yourself a favor and save some money but the availability of being able to return a part quickly if it is wrong or effective, makes up for the difference in price of just going to the store and having one of their knowledgeable salespeople help you.I truly am thankful for their stores and their employees, and I have not had a bad experience at any of their stores in Maine or New Hampshire. They could have wasn’t five stars if I had seen more giveback to the community via sponsorships, community food drives or sponsored school or civic group car washes or a yearly customer appreciation day.I really think customer appreciation and giving back locally is every medium and large business best way to say thank you for keeping them in business year after year.”

“They bailed us out of a tough situation. AAA gave them bad information, they immediately put us at the head of their list when they realized where we were They got us towed out from a dangerous location within 20 minutes of us talking directly to them. AAA was no help. Its the second time in 3 weeks that AAA left us by the side of the road with no progress updates. I can't say enough good about Colonial. We hope to use them for the body works repair.”
“Pick up a screw in my tire and needed a plug. Stopped at two other local places not far down the road, each wouldn’t give me the time of the day and were straight up annoyed I even was asking to get a plug. Thank you Walmart for fitting me in and back on the road in an hour.”

“I ordered parts onlone a few days ago and the only place that had them was south paris store. I finally get a ride up there last night and GPS said 9:10 pm 10minutes after they closed. So I called and talked to Joshua and even though he had already worked 9 hours he was willing to go the extra mile and wait for me to get there late. I got there when I said I was going to and he was at the door with my parts I signed the receipt and was on my way. Thank you for going the extra mile.”
“The counter person I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable . The particular vehicle I was looking for parts for was not available in the yard. He really tried doing some research to help me out with what I was looking for, but he just didn’t have it, but I appreciate all the effort he put into it.”
