“Interesting little free museum. We spent about 90 minutes just wandering around looking at the exhibits. There is an area where people can touch some of the local sea creatures, which seemed to be popular with the kids. The docent was very knowledgeable as well. There are also several gardens that can be walked through on the property, very close to the museum.Would recommend a visit, especially if you're sunburnt or just need a break from the crowds on the beach.”

“Great community building restaurant. It’s a free meal with family style seating at large tables. They don’t expect you to pay or donate but there’s a donation jar by where you get the silverware. Food is always delicious. Conversation is always amazing with locals and strangers alike.”

“The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable but he was out of park passes which was the reason for my visit. The traffic downtown could have been avoided if they put this info on the website. Had to drive back up to Hulls Cove for the pass so just get it while you’re driving in.”

“Was in town to hike Acadia for the week and bought a week pass for $50 to use the gym every morning. Chester (my memory is horrible but I’m pretty sure that was his name ?) was so lovely at the front desk and greeted me every morning! The gym had a great weight rack and plenty of equipment. Everyone was kind and respectful. Everything was clean and tidy. Will probably do the same next year when I come back.”
