They do not return phone calls. Was looking to be a new customer and make heating equipment purchases and that wouldnt even talk to me or return my calls.

We were charged a minimum usage charge (for not using enough propane) and then Downeast Energy removed their tanks from our house without notifying us. This is the worst customer service I have encountered in Maine.
