U-Haul Moving & Storage at Western Ave is generally reported as a good location with very nice and helpful staff. Customers describe the employees as polite, professional, courteous, and patient. The storage lockers are noted to be clean and air conditioned, with no mold detected on items stored over a summer. Multiple reviewers state they would recommend this location and have had good experiences, renting trailers multiple times. Some critiques are mentioned. An upper-level locker required a portable staircase with an opening too narrow for easy box passage, making loading difficult. Additionally, the billing policy charges by the full month without proration for mid-month move-outs, which some customers find unfair. Despite these points, the overall sentiment from the reviews is positive.
Melissa was super helpful - considered all of the options quickly and helped me get out of a transportation pickle with minimal hassle. Super friendly!

Great experience as far as U-Haul vehicle maintenance and expectations for towing.

Melissa and the other sales representative at U-Haul were amazing. I bought a box truck today and they went above and beyond.
