They were patient, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. They helped me box everything up properly and made sure everything was secure for shipping. It really felt like they cared and wanted to make the process as smooth as possible. I left feeling taken care of and grateful for their customer service. “Staples in Biddeford had school supplies! But the chaos on the sales floor was staggering- empty display boxes, more half empty boxes scattered near end caps…. It can’t all be blamed on the shoppers. For a quiet day there was a lot of sitting and not cleaning by staff.”

“I usually never have a bad experience at this UPS store, but the manager, Joseph Loiselle was EXTREMELY rude, condescending and just unpleasant and that's putting it mildly. He wouldn't really help me or a woman in front of me that clearly needed assistance. Her and I both have not had any issues prior, but this guy wouldn't help at all. He wouldn't allow us to print a label even though we have been able to do it many times before. I honestly cannot understand how he became a manager.”

“I see a lot of issues in the reviews for this place but my experience has been different. They have been very helpful with issues and have been open as per their posted hours. I suspect the issue is that this small post office is manned by one person (it seems) so sometimes I guess they may have to step away or close the window for a break. For me, they have been friendly and helpful.”
