I came in with my sister’s wedding bouquet — delicate, sentimental, and destined to be preserved as a keepsake. It needed to be overnighted with extreme care, and the team at FedEx treated it like it was their own family heirloom.
They helped me wrap the bouquet with such tenderness, then taped the box securely and hand-labeled every single side with “Fragile” and “This Side Up” to make sure it would be handled properly from every angle. Their attention to detail was incredible — nothing rushed, nothing overlooked.
But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the people. They were so kind, so sweet, and genuinely present. We had the loveliest conversation while they worked, and I left feeling not just helped, but cared for. Out of all the shipping places I’ve ever been to, these are some of the kindest, most thoughtful humans I’ve encountered — ready to go above and beyond without hesitation.

“I am happy to live within 15 minutes to a Staples store where the service is always excellent. If I am having difficulty finding an item, a sales associate is happy to show me where I can find what I am looking for. I have purchased a variety of items in the past year from an HP printer to crayons for my grandson and art materials. I even got my TSA PreCheck number processed at my local Staples store. If you're not sure where you might find something, check Staples first!”

“I see a lot of issues in the reviews for this place but my experience has been different. They have been very helpful with issues and have been open as per their posted hours. I suspect the issue is that this small post office is manned by one person (it seems) so sometimes I guess they may have to step away or close the window for a break.
