“We made a sudden unplanned stop at Simpy’s after the tire pressure suddenly dropped with a fast leak. Todd stopped what he was doing and immediately assisted. He repaired the problem allowing us to get back on the road quickly. Great service, knowledgeable and prompt. It doesn’t get better than that.”
“Here for an inspection and I love it because I don't have to worry about them trying to hustle me out of money. Honest, integrity, respect, and quality is what I get here that's why I keep coming back for over 5 years now”

“On the way from Boston to Acadia NP, our motorized steps extended when they weren’t supposed to, smacked into a big rock and bent. They wouldn’t go back in. We called ahead to Rivet Road. They were busy, but agreed to take a look. Their techs were able to bend them reasonably straight, retract them, do a quick diagnostic and refer us to a mobile RV repairman who was able to isolate and fix the electrical problem. We weren’t on their schedule, but the guys at River Road helped us when we needed it most.”
