“All Towed Up Towing was the second company that my insurance company contacted to unlock our 2023 truck. While we were waiting for their arrival I called the company to see how accurate the arrival time on my insurance companies app would be. The owner answered my phone and confirmed that time that they had been contacted and the time on the app was correct. Knowing that it was a Saturday night and they had other calls to attend to I thanked the owner for their time and hung up. As the original time got nearer I checked in with the owner again because on the app the amount of time was increasing. The owner contacted the tow truck driver, found that he was hung up at a previous call and also needed to get gas before he could come to our rescue. The owner felt that this was not acceptable and contacted another employee- who happened to be at the movies nearby. That employee left the movie and came over right away and unlocked us. The person unlocking our truck was friendly, courteous, and efficient. He was able to unlock the door without a single scuff or scratch on the truck (which is awesome because it's brand new and my Hubby's baby) The owner continued to check in with me throughout the whole process and was very clear about the process.
