Can't remember) helped me out several times a few years ago when my old Accord (then later, Mazda 6) needed parts in order for the good people of the twin cities to get their pizza on time. Long overdue review but I was very impressed with how accommodating and friendly he was, cannot overstate that. I'd tell him what I need, make a deal and be back on the road. Had to take the parts off the car myself a few times but that made it an adventure. Sometimes I'd find a part I never knew I needed but the prices were always lower than expected so I'd walk out with a smile, feeling accomplished. “We needed to replace our old Tacoma-335,000 miles. We saw the truck we bought from Tom at Country Auto before anything else. When we arrived, he said he was going to show us everything he knew was wrong with it. He did so-a pleasant surprise. We looked at some other vehicles in the area and ended up back at Country Auto to buy the truck we first saw. There were two brake system matters that arose after the purchase. He took care of both of them immediately. I think he is an honest man - a rarity in that business. We are very satisfied with the truck we bought at Country Auto. I would return for another vehicle purchase.”

“Dr. Rob’s immaculate garage is full of expert staff and interesting customers. Just today I met a hobby farmer who keeps cows, goats, pigs and sheep in additional to providing transportation for farm animals in the New England region. Another customer who practices “nose to tail” cooking was quite interested to meet the hobby farmer and get his number as a source for goat… the third gentleman waiting with us administers meds and runs yoga at a rehab center. We decided we could enlist the yoga teacher and expand Dr. Rob’s services to include “goat yoga at the hobbit farmers place while waiting for cars to be repaired….” Great staff, expert service, interesting customers!”
“My family and I bought a beautiful silverado on Tuesday. Our sales person was Eric. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Taylor in finance was very thorough and efficient. He also gave us dinner recommendations at the xvault. We had an amazing meal. There is a corn hole game set up in the show room. “Fairly easy to get to on Rodman Road in Auburn, plenty of parking.They have a nice assortment of parts and supplies on display, but their main service is what they stock behind the counter. Ask for Ryan, he is one of those "super duper service technicians", and he can find you what ever you need. Don't know how he does it, but he just has a "parts whisperer" thing going on and he will find you what you need.The prices are very reasonable and they routinely beat the online pricing. They have a lot in stock and I've only had to wait for one or two truck parts to be ordered over the years, and even then the parts were there in a day, but for the most part they will have what you need in stock.All of the guys on the counter have been very helpful. If you don't know exactly what you need, they will walk you through the schematics and diagrams to find the part you need. They are very patient and I've never felt rushed.All around you won't find a better place for truck parts.”
“They bailed us out of a tough situation. AAA gave them bad information, they immediately put us at the head of their list when they realized where we were They got us towed out from a dangerous location within 20 minutes of us talking directly to them. AAA was no help. Its the second time in 3 weeks that AAA left us by the side of the road with no progress updates. I can't say enough good about Colonial. We hope to use them for the body works repair.”
