Danforth Pewter Portland is a gift shop showcasing items from our workshop in Middlebury, Vermont. We make American pewter inspired by ancient craft and modern day design. We create beautiful objects and souvenirs — rooted in simplicity and functionality — designed to be used: Christmas ornaments passed down through generations, oil lamps to light cozy homes, handmade jewelry to adorn the everyday. We honor the metal, we celebrate milestones, and we elevate the everyday with handcrafted pewter designed to stand the test of time, featured in our gift store.
We have been in a few times and had pleasant experience. I love my small lantern and light it often in the winter months especially.

Absolutely love this store! Whenever I visit from California I make it a point to stop in here and buy something. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. Everything here is beautiful and a great value. Highly recommend stopping here when checking out Portland!
