The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. A unique feature is the absence of a physical front desk, replaced by a super prompt and efficient texting system for requests. Amenities include a simple but spacious gym with quality equipment, filtered water stations on each floor, and daily complimentary water. The on-site Astrea spa is lovely and highly recommended, offering experiences like a sauna. The hotel's bar, restaurant, and cafe are highlights, with food and cocktails praised. A complimentary car service offers rides within a three-mile radius. The location is outside the heart of the Old Portland area but is walking distance to restaurants, bars, dispensaries, shops, and the Pier. It provides a quiet atmosphere, with gorgeous views possible. Minor downsides noted include a desire for more desk space, slow housekeeping, TVs that are not smart TVs, and the location being a bit west of the main area. However, these are considered nitpicks, with guests stating they would absolutely stay again and 100% recommend the hotel.
