“Been going to them for service since I moved to Portland in 1999, back then they were Midas. Never had to take it back to correct anything. I think they're why I drove my Corolla 300K miles and will probably do the same with my Rav4. Always accommodating and professional. They have taken care of everything from normal maintenance to brakes, exhaust, tires and tuneups. Never had a problem.”

“I can't say enough good things about the people at Jiffy Lube on Riverside Street in Portland, ME. Best customer service I have ever had from a mechanic, every time I go. I've been to a lot of different car repair shops over the years, and especially as someone in a female body, I'm used to pretty crap service, upselling, being talked down to -- all of it -- but you won't find that here. They know their stuff, they treat you right, and they're as fast as their name promises. Never thought I'd feel loyal to a chain store, but I'll come here whenever I can! Thanks again!”
