“I was prepared to write a less than positive review, however, I went in to the South Portland location and spoke with the new manager, Jim, and after explaining my concern he was immediately professional and understanding and made everything right. He even offered to let me in the repair shop next time I come in so that I might learn a bit! For the record, I am an older female who basically has no interest in car maintenance so it was refreshing to be treated with concern and respect! Thank you, VIP!”

I was the only customer when I showed up so I got done quickly and they were able verify my previous long-term service done to my car at other locations.
