“I can’t say enough about my experience!! Let me start with telling you I am from Saco and unfortunately had no idea AA existed until I received a flyer in the mail about Black Friday deals. We are building a house for my son & his girlfriend and had been shopping deals for weeks. We had spoken to many different places and when we walked in and met Clay Straub our search became a no brainer. Clay was our man! He was amazing, walked us through the beautiful showroom and truly listened to our thoughts and needs. After spending a lot of time with us he told us he would work up some quotes, I thought great that’s what I have heard before. Was I ever surprised to get a quote that was detailed and didn’t require me to search all over the internet to see the products and understand what I was seeing. He spent time getting us the best package for our money and rebates! $1400 in rebates that he himself processed and submitted!! That’s service at its finest! If you are looking please go see Clay! You won’t be disappointed!!!”

“Our refrigerator had died on a Sunday which makes shopping for a new refrigerator very stressful. We had gone to two other stores prior to stopping into Appliance Warehouse, one was locally owned and one was a big box store, unfortunately, the locally owned store didn’t have the “unicorn” fridge we were looking for and the big box store didn’t have anyone available to help us. My husband had heard from a co worker to try Appliance Warehouse. I was skeptical because it seemed like another box store but Tony came right up and listened to what we were looking for, had us look at a few on the floor and when we found what we were looking for but wanted a larger size, he was so helpful in finding it for us. He was able to schedule a speedy delivery so we wouldn’t have to be without a fridge for long. And even better, I found that the store is locally owned. We have found our new appliance store. We are so thankful for Tony for all the help and care he showed us in finding a new fridge.”

“Been here a few times lately. Both for electrical related products. The first time the guy that helped get me a certain length of wire was not very happy working at Home Depot. He definitely made it known to us. Very weird. The last time, I couldn't find a certain light fixture. I asked one of the guy's and he was beyond fabulous. Not only did he help us, but he helped all the people around us. A real asset to Home Depot. You never know.”

“During my move into a new apartment, we hit quite a few bumps. I have an upgraded washer and dryer but moved into an old building that made this a very difficult task. Aaron’s staff transferred them from the old apartment as well as came multiple times to fix the multiple issues we ran into. In the end, my washer needed to be sent out for service and they came and gave me a loaner in the mean time. Moving has been stressful on it’s own, and I appreciate the effort multiple staff members made to fix these issues!”

“Ok so I usually don't review a box box store but this is a special situation. The customer service went above and beyond this time! I purchased a colored prelit Christmas tree from the Home Depot. I waited a week before I realized that the top two thirds didn't work due to faulty wiring. When I returned the tree to exchange it for another they were all out of the same priced tree. The staff scoured the whole store looking for one but couldn't find one for me. Feeling kind of bummed I went and picked out the next pre lit tree that had colored lights and it was more expensive than the one I purchased. While the woman was processing my return she mentioned it was more expensive and I said "Yes I know but I'm having my family over for Christmas dinner and would like to have a tree." I know you're all saying I could have found one on the internet but I really feel like supporting local. Even if it's at Home Depot-the employees work and live in my community. I've heard it's said if you spend $1 at a local store then 60 cents stays in that community. After looking again, the customer service staff ended up giving me the tree as an even exchange, I was blown away! Wouldn't you know I misplaced the receipt and only just found it-passed the expiration date for the survey so that's why I'm "Yelping" them. To the customer service staff, you might never read this, but thank you for your incredible customer service and kindness-your gesture made my home feel filled with the spirit of Christmas when my family came over. I truly appreciate what you did, proving it's the person in the orange apron that is the best of Home Depot. As it is with all businesses small and large. Support local and keep your money in your community!”

“I received a pair of skull candy earphones for Christmas. I understand these are not expensive earphones, $30, but they we not the $12 ones either. They stopped working in January. I took them back today, only to be told the Christmas deadline had already passed and they couldn't do anything for me. The deadline for returns is January 15 unless I purchased an extended warranty! Very disappointed that these earphones lasted about a month and Best Buy would do nothing for me. Poor customer service and the gentleman helping me kept referring to the "script" that I was past the deadline for returns. I didn't change my mind about the purchase... THEY STOPPED WORKING!!! No one is customer oriented anymore! Unhappy customer!”
