“A friend's elderly (85yr old) mother in law was in to have her battery checked and ended up with some different issues that lead to her car not starting and being disabled in the parking lot. When I arrived I found Autozoner Brandon outside, in the rain and off the clock trying to do what he could to help. His professionalism and excellent customer service in going over and above by trying to help an elderly person from our community is something that is rare nowadays.
