“Nice and cozy outlet store, the two associates (I'm likely going to misspell their names: Ryan and Becca) were great help and gave me greatly desired info on my questions (that ranged from clothing to day-to-day type questions). I really enjoyed the time and am looking forward to trying out my new shoes and sunshirt. I greatly appreciate their patience and understanding! Thank you, 11.5/10 (10/10 naturally, +0.5 Thanks to Ryan, +0.5 Thanks to Becca, +0.5 For the absolute smooth process and complete satisfaction...which I dare say is hard to come by in this day and age)!”
“I was in tonight around 7:30pm near closing and had such great customer service from Kathleen! Kathleen was helpful, instantly made me feel welcome and offered suggestions for other items I might enjoy. The whole interaction felt super genuine — I very much appreciated it, especially going in so late. You’re a gem, Kathleen!!”
“Joseph was EXTREMELY helpful with exchanging a pair of Levi's for the correct size I needed!!! I definitely wouldn't hesitate to buy anything here in the future! 5 stars,! Highly recommended!!!”
