“To say this location is busy is an understatement as they always have lines (they are that busy). They definitely have plenty of staff as I count 20+ at any given time, but to add more staff would only create a situation where the store is over crowded. They have utilized some COVID measures that does limit the number of people in store to the number of available staff which makes sense. In some instances if you are just browsing, they allow you to go in anyway.I have never had an issue with this location and I alway know what I want so I get in and out in under 10 minutes. That's the best strategy is got there with a decision already made and your wait time is cut in half compared to some of the other reviews.”

“My Android phone needed to be replaced and I was fortunate to have store manager Cooper work with me and upgrade me to a Motorola phone. When the mailed Motorola phone arrived at my home, I went back to the Maine Mall store late that day and was able to have Cooper and asst. mgr. Kyle work at getting that phone operational and preparing the old phone for return by mail. In addition, Cooper had told me about T-Mobile's WiFi, so I came prepared to change to T-Mobile's equipment and service. This really was a fantastic retail experience.”

“I received a pair of skull candy earphones for Christmas. I understand these are not expensive earphones, $30, but they we not the $12 ones either. They stopped working in January. I took them back today, only to be told the Christmas deadline had already passed and they couldn't do anything for me. The deadline for returns is January 15 unless I purchased an extended warranty! Very disappointed that these earphones lasted about a month and Best Buy would do nothing for me. Poor customer service and the gentleman helping me kept referring to the "script" that I was past the deadline for returns. I didn't change my mind about the purchase... THEY STOPPED WORKING!!! No one is customer oriented anymore! Unhappy customer!”
