“Everyone was nice. I was there to just drop off equipment as I had canceled services, but they still treated me very professionally. They were having computer problems that day that did slow everyone down.”

“Ethan patiently worked to migrate my parents’ telephone numbers to our Verizon account despite obstacles we encountered initially with T-Mobile and an ancient Samsung phone.
My parents had a negative experience when T-Mobile bought US Cellular last month. Today was a completely different experience.
The amount of time spent ensuring a smooth transition to Verizon, as well as the attention to detail when setting up our phones, exceeded our expectations. Ethan even suggested adding “Assisted Access” to one of the new iPhones to make it easier to use. We did not know that was an available feature.
Thank you, Ethan! You efforts are so appreciated.🙏”
