“We were in need of a new mattress as the one that was approaching 8 years old had developed an issue and Jordans was able to facilitate handling of the manufactures warranty and we received full credit on the original purchase price towards a new mattress so we decided to visit the S. Portland store and were greeted by Neshti who welcomed us and back the process of deciding on which mattress we would choose.We discussed that even though we had the credit we were not against buying the same brand again and certainly open to new options and would consider spending a little more to increase the quality of the mattress we were buying.After several models and questions answered we found one that we liked and moved forward with the purchase, at no point was their pressure from Neshti on which mattress to consider she was quick to answer questions and give insight on why we would consider one versus the other.She was able to pull up our information apply the credit and cash us out for the difference in the cost and schedule delivery just 3 short days out.We appreciate the assistance and would recommend seeing Neshti if you are in looking for a mattress.”

“What can you say about furniture? It's a necessity, and definitely a get-what-you-pay-for situation: if you want lasting quality, it costs. Simple as. Cheap doesn't last: quality does. Service lasts, too. As awful as their TV ads are, Furniture Superstore proves themselves a quality operaton with outstanding staff providing a responsive and thoughtful shopping experience. I went in with a concrete idea of what I wanted, but not what would best suit my requirements. Design Consultant Jamie listened to my wish list, asked some pointed questions, and gave me the time and space to try out various pieces until I found the ideal items. I appreciated his patience with and respect for my process (which involved 'testing' dozens of pieces) until I found exactly what I wanted. Because of the wide-ranging selection and their pricing models, I was able to buy 2 pieces out of the same budget - score! Of the 2 pieces I bought, one was a floor clearance and came home with me the same day. The second piece was a new order, for which Jamie showed me the fabric rack and I got to select the upholstery. The store called me when that item arrived, a week ahead of schedule, and now that I have that piece, the transaction has been fully concluded. Shout out to Solomon on the loading dock for his creative-problem solving skills in helping me load both pieces into my vehicle. Thank you, Solomon! I am pleased with my purchases from Furniture Superstore and greatly satisfied with the experience as a whole. Maybe the TV ad is janky because Furniture Superstore invests more in its in-person promotion, which is far more valuable and longer-lasting, than a 30-second clip. Thanks, Furniture Superstore, I'll be seeing you again!”
