“I stopped in approximately 3 weeks ago, around October 17th, and purchased the composite toe waterproof work boots (Stock #2240) they had ready for me. The previous version, Stock #2235, is now unfortunately discontinued. It was not waterproof but slightly cooler on their feet and I loved them. But I’m 100% satisfied with the great Customer Service and the high quality work boot I got. My only complaint is not with Redwing Shoes, it is with the company I work for that provides a shoe voucher that helps pay for the work boots, which are required by all employees to work on site, but the voucher dollar amount should definitely be increased by $50.”

“Staff is always friendly when they help you. They’ll suggest items if you ask for input. They try to bring a few sizes out if they don’t have yours or if they have personal experience on a shoe you haven’t tried yet.”
“I recently went to FF and my experience was terrific!! Marissa was a HUUUGE help I was looking for a pair of taffy pink crocs so I called ahead and at first they said they didn’t have the crocs and 10 minutes later I get a call from Marissa telling me she found the crocs I was so excited and I really appreciate Marissa’s effort to helping me out finding my crocs!!! “I love shopping here as a health care professional, they have great scrubs, shoes, and other products needed for work. They even have discount programs for the hospitals in the state which was great perk of coming here for work needs. I have only interacted with the female employees here and they are usually enthusiastic about their work and helping customers. I have seen some male employees with poor service but no personal encounters yet. Highly recommend, will be back!”

So the associate called all the way to TEXAS to get the size I needed and had them shipped to the store for me to pick up. The Jordan 12's sold out EVERYWHERE quick in grey and white! “This is my favorite shoe store! They have such nice, high quality shoes, for cheaper than most other stores do, because they are 'Designer Shoe Warehouse'!! That's all they sell are shoes, purses, and accessories. I will usually always find a really good sale price on shoes that I like. I paid $99.99 plus tax for a new pair of Colombia hiking boots. That was a good deal to me, as Colombia makes long-lasting products. And, there are always coupons and deals going on. I enjoy my visits to this store!!”
