“This store is one of a kind . Never shopped anywhere else like it . Someone really put in a lot of time and effort in the layout and the items they sell. Amazing quality items . The shoes !! You can truly see the attention to detail and quality in every pair. They’re beautifully made and look so well-crafted! The young salesman (forgot his name but went on 9/4/26 in the afternoon) took his time to tell us the history of the store and owner. He was so lively and helpful. I was shocked when we found TinTin items straight from Ireland there which are rare to find. Will definitely make it a must stop when we go back to Portland .”
“This LYS is a gem. Wonderfully curated yarn - both yarn dyed by the owner as well as an excellent variety of ethical yarn lines (none from hedge fund owners). Great welcoming atmosphere and extremely knowledgeable owner. One of the best LYS I’ve found while visiting New England. Can’t rate more highly. If you’re local - you’re fortunate. If you’re visiting, either by cruise ship or just in town for business or pleasure, stop by. You won’t be disappointed.”
