“Okay, ladies, did you know they did styling sessions for FREE and you just didn’t tell me? I went to the store a few weeks ago with my friend and purchased a lovely Spring dress (on sale, no less) and AnnMarie mentioned she could do a styling/wardrobe session for me. I told her I work from home but have a 3-day meeting in DC and needed a few business casual outfits. Fast forward… I called up and made the styling appointment. Wow! Just, wow! She had a room ready for me and had pulled things that she knew I’d be comfortable with but also quite a few pieces that flawlessly elevated the look. Magnificent! There was never any pressure and we had a great time. I might do this once a season until I’ve successfully had a wardrobe refresh. Can’t recommend AnnMarie and this store enough!”

“Always high-quality products and very helpful staff. That is worthy of 5 stars. The problem is availability of in store merchandise. Sure, I can get a jacket, hat, or gloves. Last October, I went to purchase a medium grade jacket. Good for fall and winter. My first issue was size. I'm a man and I wear a large. The jackets run large, so I went to medium. One medium jacket, and many small and XXXL sizes. If you order online, you may run the risk of buying too big or small. I bought a nice jacket but it wasn't the color I wanted. I returned after Christmas to get two dog jackets for my large Labrador Retrievers. They required XL sizes. None available. I found what I wanted in Cabelas. They were Carhart brand. But the Carhart store kind of sucks in the inventory department.”
“I found a very cute romper for my daughter's baby shower. It's a magenta pretty pink color. They also had a navy green color one. It's sleeveless & really pretty. I wore a white shawl over it.Anyone looking for something dressy but not too dressy this would be perfect. I went to 3 other places first. I should've just went here first. Next time I will because I usually always find what I need here. Plus there prices are reasonable. My romper was $40 dollars. Other places I went dresses & rompers were much more expensive & not as cute in my opinion.”

“I had a funny experience here with my son fairly recently. We always go in to Spencers for t shirts when we’re at the mall. We don’t venture past the t shirt walls, but would possibly consider doing so if it wasn’t so overcrowded feeling in the store. Other than the space issue, the shirt selection is good and I can never pass up a buy 4 get 1 free sale.We went in around the holidays and got some shirts. When we got to the counter the person waiting on us made a joke about judging our taste in music based on what t shirts we were buying. My son and I are both Nirvana fans and had each gotten a new shirt. Our cashier commented “ah Nirvana…name 3 songs” I came up with some of the lesser known titles I knew to prove that I wasn’t a poser. This seemed to satisfy and the transaction went smoothly. On our way out our amateur band critic of a Spencer’s associate commented in seeming approval of the “Kendrick Lamar” hoodie my son was wearing. We didn’t have the heart to tell them that it was actually Jimi Hendrix hahahaha”
“I came here on a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. Out of all the stores I went to, the Lulu Lemon employee at the front behind the counter was the only person in the whole mall to greet me when I walked in! So refreshing. Although it was my first time in and it was overwhelming as I wasn’t sure how to tell who was an employee at first (they usually have a red Fanny pack/bag), I ended up asking a woman named Shannon for help. She was in the middle of folding clothes but stopped, was so polite, and friendly and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience at all. She explained the different kind of pants/tops, styles, materials and why the differences matter & for what. She also explained how some pants like the wonder leggings you should size up as they are compression or if you should wear a bra with this top, etc. She was super helpful, got me into a fitting room, and since I was shopping alone I asked for her help on the fit/look after I tried them on & she was great! I know it’s her job to sell but it also felt like I was shopping with a friend. I really appreciated her advice and patience. I ended up buying a new set and will be back for more. Great experience overall. Thanks so much Shannon! ?”

“I didn't even know this store had switched over to a "factory store". The prices were all 50 -60% off and there were a lot of really nice pieces. I was pleasantly surprised when I went in to see that they were still carrying nice things. They carry women's, men's and childrens clothes. (Not a big selection of children's clothes)”

So the associate called all the way to TEXAS to get the size I needed and had them shipped to the store for me to pick up. The Jordan 12's sold out EVERYWHERE quick in grey and white! Definitely greatful he made the calls to find them for me in the size I needed! He went above and beyond. I wish I could remember his name but Thank you thank you thank you!”
“I unfortunately ordered the wrong size shirts for my partner at Christmas, and had been lagging on taking them back for exchange. Got to the store and the staff could not have been more gracious and helpful. I had bought the shirts online, so there was a lot more"processing" to be done than a straight exchange. I was also a few days past the exchange window and the manager was kind enough to let me do an even exchange anyway - THAT is great customer service (and why I love BR). They had one of the shirts in stock, and the other 2 they reordered for me. The funny thing is that because of all the details involved, I was taking up a lot of their time, which I know could have been spent with others- but they kept apologizing to me for how long it took!! I was the one that needed to apologize to them! Oh, I was also wearing the BR blanket scarf and 1 of the women helping me was so complimentary of it- meant a lot. The staff at the Maine Mall store are EXCEPTIONAL. I've worked in retail almost all my life, so it takes a lot to impress me - and they blew it out of the park. Just a great group, and a great experience. I wish I had all of their names- but the gang working Saturday January 22nd- THANK YOU!!”
“I love this store. I don't know what it is about this store, but I feel like a little kid walking into a toy store when I come here. I'm not quite sure why. Maybe it's because the staff always greet and recognize you every time you walk in. Or maybe it's because there's always tons of items stocked inside waiting to be bought. The only thing I would say about going here is items can sometimes be VERY pricey. So just remember to bring some cash whenever you feel like coming here. Other then that, this store is a excellent place to shop and always a great place to be a part of!”

lastly, I just wanted to say that they are very workable and make it very easy to make appointments weather that's online or via phone call. As of what I know from experience they are very prompt if you have a scheduled appointment.
