“Remodeled Walmart looks awesome, but it will take time to reorganize my brain to find everything. Three times, I had to ask employees for help finding products, but all 3 were pleasant in their responses--even a fulfillment team member. (They're always in a hurry racing to fill online orders, so I hate to interrupt them, but they know where everything is.) Anyway, I am docking you a point bcs, as usual, there weren't enough cashiers--always seems to be more employees watching the registers than actually operating them. I hate your self checkouts because I always need help with some issue (either buying wine or produce without stickers) and there's not enough space to bag properly in the self checkout kiosks.”

“Associate Sharon that works in the Photo lab and the Electronics Department deserves special recognition. I have shopped there twice now, the first time Associate Sharon helped me print out photos, because I had no idea what I was doing, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Today I came in and were looking for several items in the Electronics Department, Associate Sharon took me to the area that each item was located, and I got what I needed. I will shop more at this Walmart because of Sharon customer service skills!!!”
