“Dear Hannaford, I like your store but have had it with your paper bags. I don't even mind paying for bags, but I want them to work! This happened as I was very carefully moving the bread and bandaids from the cart to my car. I've never once made it from my car to my house with a bag intact. Everyone I know hates them--including your employees. It's worse than not even having bags. My groceries fell into the wet dirty parking lot? not the end of the world, but it is very annoying. And. “I'm normally a Walmart guy but sometimes Target is the place to visit for specific needs. This store is clean and bright with plenty of parking. The CVS pharmacy in the store is convenient for vaccinations of all sorts and always prompt with appointments. Worth a stop next time you visit the nearby mall or the Home Depot just down the road.”

“I was a few days late to pick up my spiral ham, so asked the meat department gentleman if they had it, because it was supposed to be behind the counter. He couldn't find it, so he picked out another and said "it's on me", I have to say I was impressed. Thank you for being so kind. There is still kindness in the world.”
