“I always have a great experience going to the Topsham Maine store when I need my saltwater fish needs. This evening though I left with no fish and pissed off. I asked 2 associates for help and every time they called someone to aquatics, no one came. 1 of the associates I asked eventually showed up but never acknowledged me and kept walking past me many times while I waited next to the tanks. I shouldn't have to beg for help. I will only visit here if I need fish during the day as they as go above and beyond to help”

“One of the staff named Tom just spotted me cash out of his own pocket to help cover a type of horse feed I needed because the only brand available was the more expensive. Really left me speechless with the impromptu kindness. I honestly needed the little inspiring boost and some faith in humanity right now. This store is family run and we need more stores like it. ❤️”

“Great shop with a wide selection of products! I do think some items are priced high, hopefully due to the manufacturer and not the business. A leash I wanted for my dog was $42.99 before taxes and the only fancy part was that it was reflective with a padded handle. I ended up getting some treats and toys but purchased my leash elsewhere.”

“5 stars 100%. I absolutely love shopping at this store. And their employees are wonderful. My pup got sick from a new treat, which they immediately removed from the floor. But what really got me, was the fact that they called me to see how my girl was doing, making sure she was OK. Never have I had that experience with a pet store before. They are just absolutely wonderful, and showed how much they care when they called me. I shop here all the time, and will continue to shop there. Thank you to the employees and store manager for caring and calling to check in. Skye says thank you for the new toy, and she loves it!”

“We love this store, it is an important part of my business (Bohemian Coffee House and Deli) we’ve found the hidden gem of this store is the team in the “Hannaford ToGo” department! They are worth their weight in GOLD!! Not only do we actually save money as a business using this service, my employee only spends 5 minutes picking up groceries that would normally take him over an hour to shop traditionally for but the quality of the picks are superb!! Keep up the great work!!!!! They definitely deserve any bonuses and promotions they can be given!!”
