“The staff in this CVS are available when you need help. I observed the pharmacist speaking with customers, and I also observed a pharmacy tech speaking with customers. I, myself, did not use the pharmacy, but I did take note of how the customers were treated so very well and with respect. There was also communication in a friendly manner. That is so very important to those of us who don’t feel well or anxious about our conditions. It was not only good customer service. It was an observation of people being very kind to one another. “This pharmacy is phenomenal! I've been a chronically ill patient for 20 + years, so I know what I'm saying and I have many pharmacies to compare it to. The personnel is so kind, so understanding, and will work to make sure that patients feel heard, and validated. I have roughly ~ 23 Rx to maintain and the pharmacists and the app to help me make sense of the situation. Linda, Michelle, Meredith, and Mark are top notch professionals and they actually care. “I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but this Walgreens deserves one. The two employees I’ve seen recently there are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely make every visit a little better. The blonde-haired associate went out of her way to help me find a product, she is very well spoken and took her time to make sure I was satisfied. The cashier with the long black hair is always so pleasant to talk to. Even when there’s a long line, she’s friendly, keeps things moving, and never makes anyone feel rushed. I always enjoy our little conversations when I stop in. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, and these two wonderful ladies are a big reason I keep coming back. Thank you both for making every visit a great one.”

“I just wanted to take the time to share our experience as Cassandra needs to know she is amazing and Walgreens, You have a true gem & Pharmacy manager.. I Came through the Walgreens drive-through pharmacy at 5:30 at night after an urgent care visit for My four-year-old daughter, who had 102 fever and a double ear infection. Long story short, the urgent care was clearly struggling to do their part to get the prescription over and of course, all this is happening around the time of closing. I remember looking at the clock at 5:56 thinking this is not gonna happen and my daughter’s not gonna get the anabiotic, She so desperately needs at this time, if you’ve ever had a sick child you’ll understand a mother’s despair. Cassandra not only was working by herself, she got the prescription finally from them at closing after their phone call and stayed late to ensure that my daughter got the medication that she needed. To some this might not be a big deal but for me, it’s principal. I felt seen heard and cared about. She could’ve easily said no come back tomorrow. Sorry we’re closed. But she did not. So I would recommend this place and again, Cassandra you are wonderful. Thank you, I know thank you aren’t heard enough. ?”

“Unlike many other people in a hurry, I know how busy pharmacy can get and how they can get behind. I use the Yarmouth Hannaford pharmacy for 18 years until I moved to Topsham. The Elm/Maine Street location is closest to me. I have two chronic illnesses plus other conditions so I always try and give them plenty of lead time so that I'm not in a panic running out of my meds. I know they're doing the best they can, so I try not to add to their stress.”
