“G&L replaced my original A/C compressor and it worked great for 6 months. Then, I heard a loud noise when turning on the A/C. Took it back to them and they replaced the faulty compressor without issue! These guys really stand behind their work!”

So if your truck has the Chevy shudder or is skipping or going into 6th gear too quickly, or ALL of the above, and it feels like it's in dummy mode, go have your coils and coil wires checked at Karstock!! Didn't show a code either!!
For MONTHS been trying to figure out what was causing a shudder and shifting to quickly. Was truly thinking it was a transmission issue which was brand new rebuilt as well through another company. Turned out to be a SMALL tiny wire, broken on coil 2, arcing out on the motor.
Caused all kinds of issues and eating up gas like no tomorrow.
Costing tons in gas and BF going out of his mind with anger, for even buying the truck.
NOW he's so damn happy and the truck runs amazing as it did when we first test drove it 9 months before. So yes they are meticulous and pay attention to details.
Hard to find anyone today who actually is interested in fixing anything correctly. Most are just interested in the money and you still have problems.
Was able to apologize to transmission guy who did an amazing job too!! He was happy we found the problem too!!???”

“My truck threw a belt and started overheating while driving on I-93. I managed to limp along to get off the highway and came across Auto Care Plus just by chance. Not only did Paul come right out and assess the damage but also set me up with a loaner vehicle so I was back on the road in about half an hour! They expedited the repairs (AC, condenser and belt) so I could have the truck back a few days later and still make it to my race on Sunday. Paul even stayed late on a Friday so I could get the vehicle for the weekend. These guys are rock stars!”

“The few times I came here to vacuum out my Pathfinder, the vacuums work great. Not clogged. It is quarter's only. There is a machine to dispense quarters from bills. There's several bays to wash your vehicle. It is $5 minimum then it goes up for the length of time you are using the water and soap. I feel like it's a bit pricey. The brush I used was worn out.
Overall this is my usual go to place.”
“I recently moved and am no longer close to Motorcar. As such, I began using a different garage, located closer to me. I tolerated pricey oil changes (almost 50% more $$), excuses like "we didn't rotate your tires because they didn't need it" (ummm...they don't look like they need it because they are rotated every oil change), and pricey brake work.
Finally, I had enough and decided to go back to Motorcar. Despite the drive and need for a loaner, I am glad that I made the decision. I never have to worry, and I pay a fair price.”
“I don't trust anyone with my Honda(s). I had a bad experience with an oil change at a Honda dealership when I was at college 20 something years ago, and I've never let anyone else do any work on my Honda's besides myself.
My wife found Ed years ago, because she knows I have issues with unfamiliar and dealership mechanics working on my vehicles. That first experience was great, and we've never looked back. I trust him 100% to work on my Honda's, and I do less and less of my own work because of the faith I have in him. It's a huge relief and piece of mind knowing we have someone we can trust to work on our older, reliable Honda's!
He has always been professional, up-front and delivered excellent work.

“Junior and the gang at this garage are just simply wonderful. I brought a used car in to get checked out that I was looking to buy from a nearby dealership. Thank God I did!!! They did a very thorough job and save me from making a huge mistake! This was going to be my 16 year old daughter's daily driver, it was illegally inspected and probably would have broken down before we got home. Everyone there was wonderful and very concerned, from the lady at the front desk, the mechanics who did the inspection, and those who are just appalled at the situation LOL. Five stars for sure!!!”
