“I know enough not to go to the Waterville store on Friday Saturday or Sunday. That's when it's most busy. If you don't mind waiting quite a while then go anytime you want. I highly recommend being there exactly when the store opens. Otherwise reps are friendly, nice & helpful.”

“Eric is awesome! I walked in with a couple other customers and he greeted us right away. Was very polite and patient, answered everyone’s questions swiftly and confidently. While I was there, 4 hours due to family issues NOT the stores fault, Eric handled 6-7 people with no issues. I felt bad that he was alone but he handled it well, acknowledged every customer and assured them he’d get to them asap. I had to trade in two phones and get new ones. It was a seamless transaction and I’m heading back tomorrow to set another family member up with a new phone. Great customer service, the store was comfortable and clean. I’d suggest this store to anyone!”
