“We were visiting Brunswick from North Carolina. My wife got into an accident. There wasn't a lot of damage, but it looked like it might be dangerous to drive the car. We still had 10 days of vacation left, and I felt I needed a professional opinion to feel safe. After reading online reviews, I decided to bring the car to Roland's. Even though it was clear I couldn't have the car repaired in Brunswick, the gentleman who checked out my car was gracious, friendly, and extremely professional. He really eased my mind about the car's condition. I highly recommend this business!”
“I was traveling from Massachusetts to Boothbay, ME and needed to charge my Hyundai EV that I bought at a different dealer. It was my first time using a charging station (not at my home). I wasn't sure how to proceed, so I walked in and Troy the sales manager happened to be available. He kindly found Cassidy, a sales rep, who then walked me through the entire process, including adding a payment to my Charge Point account on my phone. I was not their customer and they were not going to benefit from helping me and yet were more than happy to show me how to charge my car. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful they both were. Kudos to both of them!”
“These guys are the best! I was at the adjacent BMV and needed a new windshield wiper during a rain storm. I called and asked if they had what I needed in stock. Jeremy answered my every need and met me outside (in the rain) so I never had to exit my car. He kindly, patiently and enthusiastically measured my wiper, looked up my car’s information, explained my options. When I picked out an upgraded wiper he made sure it fit. It didn’t. So he went back in, found the right one and we were off. He even took my credit card and paid for the transaction so I could stay dry. I’m not saying anyone should expect VIP in-vehicle service when they get here, but I am saying that this is the kind of establishment that treats customers like they matter, and I can’t offer higher praise than that. If you go, ask for Jeremy. His smile and professionalism will keep you coming back. Oh! And also there’s great parking, excellent signage and a universally accessible door, which is great for people of all mobilities.”

“Thank you so much to Duane at Topsham O’Reilly! My exhaust came apart recently and Duane found the clamp I needed and then he came out and clamped my exhaust back together for me. On another day he was looking for the source of an oil leak and discovered that my truck had a coolant leak I didn’t even know about. He tightened up a loose nut and it turns out I was almost an entire bottle of coolant low. Much appreciation to Duane for his hard work, knowledge, and going above and beyond!”

“I’ve been a regular customer at Gurnet Rd Advanced for years and I can’t say enough good about the store. From inventory to product knowledge to general customer service, this team has always been excellent to do business with. Nice to see a store manager who truly steps up to provide the best service and attitude to everyone, customers and employees.Only complaint I have is the open hours. This store, along with most others in the area, hardly do any business after 6pm. Brunswick is a ghost town Sunday-Thursday after 5-5:30, when people pass through on their way home from work. Many local restaurants don’t even open their doors mondays; China rose buffet, Joshua’s restaurant, Bangkok Garden… with management knowledge and experience in another Cook’s Corner business, I just don’t understand how the store finds it financially responsible to remain open until 7pm, let alone 8pm.There’s not enough business in Brunswick after dark for these guys to stay open..”

“Went in to buy a low beam bulb for my car. They sold me a high beam bulb that looks very similar and will work briefly until it burns out. When I brought it back in to replace it I was met with a lot of skepticism and told that it wasn’t even one of their bulbs. After lots of explaining to multiple people and lot of computer sleuthing they returned the broken high bulb and I was then handed a loose halogen bulb with no packaging after just being told that my bulb burned out because I touched it. After pointing that out they gave me a ziplock bag.I have had lots of positive experiences here in the past, this was not one of them.”
