“This is long overdue praise for BH&G. Most recently I brought my Gravely zero-turn to them for a fluid leak. Luckily, it ended up being an easier fix than I expected but they didn't take advantage of that. They quickly fixed it with a very minimal bill.The Laffelys have been taking care of me for as long as I can remember. This place has been in business forever and that's a great testament to the ownership and management here.They've helped me with a number of things; from simple blade sharpening, to me buying my Gravely from them, to them helping me find parts for a used bagging system that I didn't even get from them (a buddy gave it to me). This is the type of service you get from a small town, locally owned and operated business.They're honest, knowledgeable and fair and I highly recommend them.Keep it local”
“Home Depot’s strength are the wonderful and helpful staff. Topsham excels. This is what saved this from a three star rating. I had a cart full of items, went through self pay and then found out there’s no Apply pay. No signs, no warning. Was directed to customer service where confusion reigned. All major stores take virtual payment. Home Depot has to figure this out or I will be forced to head to Lowe’s after 20 years.”
“I visited earlier today and had quite a special experience with a woman I'll consider a new friend named Joanne. I have a home in Arrowsic which was my grandparents. My grandmother was a gardener extraordinaire and I'm tasked with putting in a new rose bush and new plants for the fall now that the home has been renovated after their passing. Joanne walked me through everything I needed to do to ensure my success. By golly I hit a home run and I owe it to her! I'll be sure to invite her to the house warming party! Thank you Joanne! “Weird situation. The prices online, you can't get in store. Also if you want to order and have it go to another State, they can't help you. You have to go to a Lowes in that State. How foolish! Waste of my time.”
