“Amazing Customer Service!!!!
We bought a snowblower last fall that they kindly and conveniently delivered, full of oil and gas.
We did have an electrical problem with the machine during the first snow storm (which ended up being user error!) and they came out Christmas Eve to pick up the snowblower and returned it December 26!!!!
I want to add that they were super easy to work with over the phone. I was a bit stressed over the machine not being full ready to tackle the first storm, but they rolled with it and promised me they’d do everything in their power to have the machine fixed and back in service promptly, and they delivered!!!”
