“Ethan patiently worked to migrate my parents’ telephone numbers to our Verizon account despite obstacles we encountered initially with T-Mobile and an ancient Samsung phone.
My parents had a negative experience when T-Mobile bought US Cellular last month. Today was a completely different experience.
The amount of time spent ensuring a smooth transition to Verizon, as well as the attention to detail when setting up our phones, exceeded our expectations. Ethan even suggested adding “Assisted Access” to one of the new iPhones to make it easier to use. We did not know that was an available feature.

“I went into the store today after receiving my new cell phone & case in the mail the day before. Love my new phone, but I couldn't get the new case on for the life of me! I went in with the phone & case, plus the boxes for both in case I had to return everything! Lol Adian immediately greeted me & said she could could help! In 3 seconds she took the case apart slid the phone in & put it all back together!! She was so nice, extremely helpful & I highly recommend this store!!”
