I brought my poodle-mix puppy at around 4 months old and did the puppy session to get her used to the grooming process and now she is almost 2 and have been super impressed every time. They have given me tips on how to take care of her fur and are just always so pleasant to work with. They are also efficient so I know what to expect for timing. So glad I found them!

Love her and her assistant who is with her . They listen and genuinely respond to my concerns .She has been out due to a n injury and I had to talk to Leah Goodman . I have dealt with her before and disliked her very much .
Condescending and don’t like the way she speaks to me or handles my pets and will never see her again. I called for a renewal of UTI medicine for my dog as she got another UTI. She did fill it, but told me that I never went to drop off the urine sample after meds were completed and I tried to explain to her why that my
Stepmom and friend passed away ,She said she didn’t need to hear why. Dont know why she is at this hospital because everybody else is amazing there. Can’t wait for Dr. Bailey to get back .

630 County Road Ste C, WestbrookA few years ago we were in need of boarding and we heard great reviews for A1K9 so we gave it a chance. Our anxious girl wouldn’t eat so they brought her to their own home and made her food and hunkered down with her during a storm, providing updates our whole trip (yes I remember weird details!) The next trip, the same thing, they brought her to their home and treated her as their own, sending pictures as we were away. A1K9 is not just a boarding facility or daycare, it’s so much more. They understand every dog there and who fits well with what pack. We are happy to send our girl to daycare every week and I recommend A1K9 to anyone that asks me where she goes.
