“This is a nice, well organized store with a wide selection of products. But what impressed me enough to write a review was the service we received at their pharmacy. The pharmacy staff clearly care about their customers, and go above and beyond to help them. I highly recommend the Westbrook Hannaford‘s store and particularly their pharmacy.”
“My experience with OmniCare of Maine comes as the nurse manager for a 24 bed inpatient medically monitored withdrawal program. We utilized twice daily medication deliveries as well as an Omnicell, aka automated dispensing unit. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and happy to answer questions about interactions, dosing, etc. The lead pharmacist and I would schedule face to face meetings to discuss how to streamline our process and cut costs. If our ADU had an issue, someone would come out within 24 hours to inspect. Professional, personable, and knowledgeable!”
“It's a pharmacy, they fill prescriptions per MD orders. For a company that is drastically under staffed,this location does all it can. The tech's are very professional and pleasant. The pharmacist is as helpful as they can be considering they are rotated to various locations. They don't have the opportunity to get to know their customers. Now they are closed on weekends! I just wish corporate would step up their game as much as they expect their pharmacy staff to.”
“Convenient location but doesn't have everything in stock. Could you use an update some cleanup. We were looking for microwave popping corn and they didn't have anything in stock or a place on the shelf”
“I needed a passport photo a.s.a.p. I called around for deals and came to this Walgreens (not all include a digital copy but they did for no extra cost) The young man helped me right away as if I was a VIP. He was most courteous and capable. It was such a pleasant surprise to get Customer Service just when I thought it was dead.
I will go out of my way to shop at this store and even pay a bit more to do so.

“Really nice location! Very clean, not overly bright and cold like most grocery stores. Self check out area is a bit congested, but otherwise nice store! Was in and out for a couple specific items, so didn't see much other than produce, pasta aisle, and drinks.... But it was nice enough that when I'm back in the area, I'm definitely going back there!”
