Not sure why it wasn't in the system though. The place has a little bit of everything. The prices are about what you'd expect for a downtown specialty service.”

I came in with my sister’s wedding bouquet — delicate, sentimental, and destined to be preserved as a keepsake. It needed to be overnighted with extreme care, and the team at FedEx treated it like it was their own family heirloom.
They helped me wrap the bouquet with such tenderness, then taped the box securely and hand-labeled every single side with “Fragile” and “This Side Up” to make sure it would be handled properly from every angle. Their attention to detail was incredible — nothing rushed, nothing overlooked.
But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the people. They were so kind, so sweet, and genuinely present.
