Doesn’t even deserve one star. Very very inconvenient and negative atmosphere. They won’t understand if you are in urgent situation, they will take there enough time alike 1 hour just to deposit a cheque and to consult to the manager.

ATM is now closed at 7pm, what is the point of having an ATM. Very inconvenient.

This branch is terrible in regards to Customer service. I was blatantly told there was "no washroom provision for customers" (I am not paraphrasing). I asked to confirm if they meant it and it was confirmed without remorse.The security operative at the door was more receptive than the employees I met yesterday.
