“Customer service is top notch. They were polite and considerate, in addition to going out of their way to resolve my problem. I was double charged, and like most people, contacted my bank. I was told I needed to contact the seller, as they could do nothing about it. The great employees here when out of their way to make sure everything was in order on their end, and confirmed with their bank, that their side was not the issue. This lead to me playing phone tag with my bank for 3 hours, until I managed to find someone that understood that they were the problem, not the seller. Needless to say, I would still be pulling my hair out if the people here did not go out of there way to help, and for that, they have earned a loyal customer.”
