“This is the best car wash in the city. I come here often but it seems there has been a change of management in the last few years. This new management doesn’t manage the car wash very well. I’m here right now and having issues. The stall we pulled into had no water pressure. I went to the store to report this while my husband continued to try to wash the truck. The man behind the counter tells me you’ll have to move. I’m ok but, all bays full (1 was already down) and a line up outside. I actually had to point this out to him. He then came out talked to my husband, pointed to a bay and said move there when empty. Then left. He did not talk to the person in the other stall. This person as well as 2 other people were finished washing but there were drying their vehicles. There is a sign that clearly states limit drying time to 5 minutes. All 3 bays were drying their complete vehicles for at least 10 minutes. It’s a common rule that you dry doors and windows only in the winter when there is a line up. This car wash needs to monitor better and enforce the 5 minute drying time. Even in the summer I have seen people drying their vehicles in the bay when there is a line up. I’m so fed up with the selfishness of people these days!

Update: my husband said he received the wash for free as an apology for the issues. People still need to watch their time and be aware they are not the not ones at the car wash.”

“They still use manual washers which is very nice and u can wash ur car urself. Bought some tokens for the wash and one token was taken by the machine without doing anything, went inside the store and told them about it, they replaced the token without any questions or trying to argue about it, was surprised?Thank you for the service, will return for a car wash. Would recommend this place. Would be nice if they would take down the useless "covid" shields at the counter and that reflective tape on the screen when u use a card to pay, you can barely see anything through it! Oh and by the way, sometimes the overhead door at the exit does not come down after leaving, just a heads up??♂️”

“Best service from the kind staff!
I stopped in to co-op to put some air in my tire after getting a low tire pressure alert while on highway 59. It was the 3rd place I’d tried and was starting to panic. Unfortunately the air pump was missing its attachment. After going inside to inquire, the manager came out and spent the next ten minutes changing the nozzle. He then stayed with me to make sure my tire got air. Honestly, he made my day. So helpful and so kind. Thank you for going the extra mile!!”
