“I want to give a huge shout out to Marco at Fawcett for his professionalism and integrity.
I have a unique vehicle that had an impact with a deer, and it broke/cracked my bumper cover. I’ve been to 2 other shops (will not name), and they told me “no problem”, but that didn’t sit well with me as I knew you cannot buy replacement parts.
Marco and his team were honest with me and after they did their research, told me “not an easy fix, and they are not comfortable attempting to fix it.”
As disappointing as that news was - how impressed was I with their honesty!!!
Hence why I give 5 stars. Spent time, did research, and then educated me as to what to watch for.
What more can you ask from a body shop?
I will take any other vehicle (if it needs) to these guys - and feel confident.

“Excellent Shop. I brought my BMW M6 there for an oil change and had a small hiccup with parts when I first brought my car there, but they made it right on my next visit. I'll definitely bring it there again. Super clean shop, staff were very professional and knowledgeable. My only recommendation would be that they pave the parking lot.”

“Amazing. They told me work was NOT NEEDED to be replaced yet, that a dealership told me to get done. The cost at the dealership was quoted at $1,800, the cost at KMC was quoted as $1200. Name me a another mechanic who told you not get get work done as soon as possible? KMC has better prices, and very honest staff. I would give them 6 stars if I could.”
“Today was great with sparkline. One of the employees picked me up from the side of the road outside town, where I found myself with a flat tire I couldn't plug due to its condition, and then discounted me a tire and the only tire they had in the size I needed, at which point and with a new tire dropped me back off to my car to carry on my day. Amazing help! Above and beyond, they found a way to help and got me going again!!”

“I came to River Park Automotive to diagnose issues related to some noise coming from my suspension. I got an appointment at my convenient date. They performed a thorough inspection of the suspension, steering components, transmission, engine mounts, and wheel assembly and provided me genuine advice related to the issue. They recommended not to change any parts as the issue was at a very starting level and spending unnecessary money is not worth it at this point. They provided excellent, trustworthy and reliable service to me. The people at the desk were really friendly and provided me genuine advice and also the highly skilled and trained technician were super friendly and knowledgeable who gave me excellent advice on the current status of my vehicle. Only after the inspection they recommended wheel alignment which was also due as I could feel it. I also asked for transmission fluid and engine oil change which was due. Overall, the price for all these services was really affordable and I spent less money than I anticipated courtesy due to their service and expertise. I would recommend them for solving any issues in your vehicle. Top level and excellent service from them. My future go to place from now on.”
“Best service in customer understanding in winnipeg. My rear window got smashed this morning. I tried 3 other places before coming here only for a shard glass clean and window tape, all got refused simply cause they dont support make and model. I tried Boyd as last resort expecting another refusal. But i was WRONG!
I was greet with friendliness from all the staff. Shane, who at the time immediately assured me that they will take care of my car regardless of make and model. Any within 30 mins, my car was cleaned up and taped up for FREE. I absolutely recommend their service.”
